Middletown is now using Arbiter for registration instead of previously used rSchool. As in the past, registration is required for each GMS & MHS athlete for EVERY sport played. Each season, registration will open a few months before the starting date.
Please make sure the following is done in order to be ready for the first day of tryouts:
Each student athlete must be registered on Arbiter for EACH sport they intend to play. Registration each season will open weeks prior the season starting dates. Please make sure you are updating your child's grade to reflect the grade they are in for this school year!
A copy of a current physical exam form MUST be uploaded into athletes Arbiter account. Physical exams are valid for 12 months and must be on an official doctors form.
An Assumption of Risk (AOR) form must be uploaded in athletes Arbiter account for each student athlete. This form is ONLY done 1 time in middle school and 1 time in HS. If you have transferred to either GMS or MHS from another school, the form must be filled out again.
