About me

Hello! I am currently in my sixth year as the Library Media Specialist at KC Coombs.

Prior to becoming a librarian, I taught first grade in Connecticut. Teaching my students to read, and sharing my love for books was the highlight of my day. After taking some time off to raise a family, my grandmother convinced me to pursue a Master Degree in School Library Media. I found my niche...the school library is the perfect fit!

I love sharing my enthusiasm for books with the students at Coombs. Its going to be a fun year!
