WEARING MASKS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL STAFF MEMBERS AND ALL STUDENTS IN PRE-K - GRADE 2.
COHORTS: Students will be grouped into homeroom cohorts (There are 11 students assigned to each homeroom.)
BUS TRANSPORTATION
Hand-sanitizer is applied as student boards the bus.
One student per bench seat; exception: two siblings may share a bench seat
Bus windows remain open.
Masks are worn at all times.
Note: 6-foot distancing is expected to be maintained at bus stops
BUILDING CLEANING/DISINFECTING PROCEDURES/PROTOCOLS (Mashpee Department of Public Works)
Frequently visited areas/common areas will be disinfected multiple times throughout the school day.
Cafeterias will be disinfected in between each lunch seating.
Bathroom stall doors will be disinfected throughout the school day.
Note: ALL toilets and sinks are now touch-free. All classroom doors will remain locked but open during the school day.
HVAC SYSTEM (Mashpee Department of Public Works)
Unit filters have been upgraded and are scheduled to be changed every three months.
Systems are adjusted to maximize fresh air flow into the classrooms.
Systems are scheduled to begin running well before start of teacher work day and will continue to run for a longer period of time at the end of the teacher work day.

Can we meet 6-foot distancing in all Coombs classrooms--YES. This results in 11 students in the average classroom space at Coombs.
Can we transport students on our buses meeting the following requirements:
One student per bench seat; two siblings may share a bench seat--PROBABLY--still analyzing
