Hagan Scholarship Foundation

The Hagan Scholarship is a life-changing scholarship. The scholarship provides up to $7,500 each semester for up to 8 consecutive semesters, proving recipients with the opportunity to graduate college debt-free!

We have an amazing new opportunity for students called the Walter Scott, Jr. Community Leadership Challenge. This program is designed to enhance leadership and problem-solving skills among high-achieving high school seniors who live in Nebraska.

During the weekend conference and workshop, you’ll explore the components, meaning and importance of community while using design thinking to solve real-world, community-based problems. Up to seven students will be selected for the Hastings College Scott Scholars program, which includes a scholarship that covers 100 percent of tuition, fees and room and board. Other scholarships may also be awarded.

The Hagan Scholarship

The Hagan Scholarship is a nationwide need-based merit scholarship, designed to provide recipients with the opportunity to graduate college debt-free. Applicants must attend a traditional public high school governed by a school district. Free workshops, Free Schwab Brokerage Accounts and Free Study Abroad provide recipients with a practical understanding of important life skills not typically covered in the school curriculum. Recipients graduating college while in the Hagan Scholarship Program can apply for a Hagan Graduate Scholarship good for up to four additional consecutive semesters.
