Dear Rohwer Families,

It's hard to believe we are already into November! We had a wonderful time celebrating Halloween last week, and it was so fun to see our Rockets enjoying the festivities. As we head into this season of gratitude, I want to take a moment to thank our families for your continued support and partnership. We have a busy few weeks ahead filled with opportunities to celebrate, give back, and come together as a school community. Be sure to check out the upcoming events and reminders below. We are looking forward to a great month at Rohwer!

Thank you for your continued support and partnership. As always, please reach out with any questions or concerns!

Sincerely,
Karly Barada

Parent Engagement Survey

Your opinion matters. Millard Public Schools seeks to have engaged stakeholders to meet its mission. Strategy 1.2 (2018) calls for a survey to determine engagement of all stakeholders (students, families, staff, and community). Please take 10 minutes to provide us with your candid input. Your answers will be anonymous. The survey window will remain open through November 13th.

Click HERE to access the Rohwer Parent Engagement Survey.

Please Note: If you have students in multiple buildings, you will receive a different link from each school. If you have time, please complete the form for each building.

Health Screenings - November 13

Hello from the Health Room!

In accordance with Nebraska State Statute, #173 NAC 7, Millard Public Schools is required to provide a health screening that includes a dental, vision, and hearing screening as well as weight and height. The health room will be doing a full screening on students in Pre-K through 4th grade. Kindergartners will only be screened for the items missing on their Kindergarten Physicals. You do have the option to opt your child(ren) out of the screening process. The health room will be able to take a written or verbal decision; however, there is a form that needs to be filled out and signed by a physician as well. Contact Katie Kintzle, MPS District Head Nurse, at kakintzle@mpsomaha.org with questions.
