November 21st & 25th
Dear Rockwell Community,
Reminder that we have no school next Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to our incredible school community. Your support, dedication, and partnership play a vital role in making our school such a wonderful place for learning and growth. As your principal, I am deeply thankful for the care and encouragement you give your children, and for the trust you place in us to guide their education. Together, we can achieve so much, and I am excited for all the great things we will continue to accomplish as a team. Thank you for being an essential part of our school family!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Malcom

Holiday Assistance
Planning for the holidays? Many holiday gift-giving programs and food pantries have or are starting to take applications. Please visit this link to learn more. If you have already been paired with an agency for 2025 holiday assistance, please disregard. Agencies do communicate to ensure families are only receiving support once each year from an agency in order to ensure more families will have access to holiday resources in the community.
Please also visit the Millard School Social Work Website for additional community resources.
Week of Nov. 24th -25th
Group C
Our fifth grade students will continue to provide crosswalk coverage at each of the crosswalks. This year supervision at those crosswalks will run from 8:10-8:25am and 3:25-3:40, 2:25-2:40 (W). If your child is needing to cross before/after that time, please plan to have an adult walk them across.
With the weather changing, please make sure your student on safety patrol is dressed for the weather. If the temperature/wind chill is below zero, safety patrol will be cancelled. Please check the 5th Grade Facebook page for updates in the morning.
