Hooray for the amazing weather this week! It was great to have the kiddos outside running and playing, they loved the fresh air. The window to sign up for conferences has closed. We are kicking off a month of school to home engagement with our One Book One School and Math Fact Challenge! Please see a previous email from me regarding this information. Parents as the weather changes please dress your child(ren) in layers! Sometimes it can be cold in the morning yet warm by the afternoon. Also, try to star planning now for boots, hats, gloves, scarves, and big coats as winter will be here soon.

SAFETY PATROL
Week of Mar. 3-7 Team C
Our fifth grade students will continue to provide crosswalk coverage at each of the crosswalks. This year supervision at those crosswalks will run from 8:10-8:25am and 3:25-3:40, 2:25-2:40 (W). If your child is needing to cross before/after that time, please plan to have an adult walk them across.
With the weather changing, please make sure your student on safety patrol is dressed for the weather. If the temperature/wind chill is below zero, safety patrol will be cancelled. Please check the 5th Grade Facebook page for updates in the morning.
