Project PAYBAC stands for Partners Assisting Youth, Business, And Community. Millard Public Schools started Project PAYBAC in 1988. The program was prioritized very early in the District’s strategic planning process to strengthen the link with our business community.

Project PAYBAC is a reciprocal partnership program that links schools to community businesses. Successful partnerships exist with small and large businesses. These partnerships build strong relations and often set the stage for cooperation and community involvement. The extent of the involvement is tailored to fit the needs of each school and business.

The mission of Project PAYBAC is to provide diverse learning opportunities through partnerships with school, business, and community.

Project PAYBAC Goals:

1. Recruit and retain successful school partnerships.

2. Establish and promote opportunities for community enrichment.
