Quiz Bowl Club is for fourth and fifth grade students.  This reading club promotes comprehension, encourages teamwork, and challenges students as readers. We participate in a Quiz Bowl competition with other area elementary schools. 

Commitments include:

• Reading or listening to as many books from the Millard Children's Book Award Chapter Book Nominees 2025-26 list by March 2026. 

• Assist with question writing for each book. 

• Meetings are Thursdays after school or Friday mornings. Check with Ms. Harris for exact dates and times. Club meetings will take place in the library where we will practice and review each week. Meeting dates will be published in our Quiz Bowl Google Classroom.   

• Work together with classmates and compete in the 2026 Millard competition after school in April.
