Quiz Bowl Club is for fourth and fifth grade students.  This reading club promotes comprehension, encourages teamwork, and challenges students as readers. We participate in a Quiz Bowl Competition with other area elementary schools. 

Commitments include:

• Reading or listening to as many books from the Millard Children's Book Award Chapter Book Nominees 2024-25 list by March 2025. 

• Assist with question writing for each book. 

• Meetings are Thursdays after school between November and April . Club meetings will take place in the library where we will practice and review each week. Meeting dates will be published in our Quiz Bowl Google Classroom.   

• Work together with classmates and compete in the 2025 Millard competition after school in April.
