MPS ELL Mission Statement

The philosophy of the Millard Public Schools English Language Learner Program (ELL) is to guarantee that all students in the ELL Program will reach and maintain their highest potential through innovative, research-based, and systematic English language instruction. The program will provide opportunities for each student to achieve academic success and acquire the language skills necessary for personal success while promoting the value of individual cultures.
