Classroom Documents

Here are some common classroom documents to view/print at home, if needed.

Missing/Late Homework Slip:

• Students must present this completed slip with missing or late homework for credit.

Weekly Spelling Menu and Placemat:

• Students must complete one of each (appetizer, main course, and dessert) activity of their choice per week. Work space is provided on the back of the menu (placemat), however if extra paper is needed, please make sure to staple it to the assignment before turning in.

StudentVue Check:

• Students will be responsible for checking their StudentVue accounts to check their progress in 5th grade by viewing grades and missing assignments. Students will also have to complete a StudentVue Check each Wednesday.

STAR Student Letter:

• Blank STAR Student letter that will go home with your student the Friday before their STAR Student week.
