Hi, my name is Patty Throne.  I have been teaching at Disney for 13 years now, but in the profession for 31 years and have taught every grade level from K-8th grade. I got my Bachelor's degree from Nebraska Wesleyan, got an endorsement in special education K-8 from Peru State and also have my masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane College.  

I am married to Steve Throne, whom is the Athletic Director/Assistant Principal at Millard South High School.  We have been happily married for 35 years and have 3 wonderful children, two which have chose a career in education also, and have been blessed with 7 wonderful grandchildren whom live close so we get to spend lots of time together. 

I love spending time with family, bike riding, reading, swimming, kayaking, and taking trips.  We enjoy binge watching Netflix and hanging out outside. We enjoy watching all of our grandkids play their activities/sports on the weekends.
