My name is Mrs. Jody Lindquist.  I am in my thirtieth year of teaching and my twenty-fifth year at Beadle.  I currently teach fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth-grade band, jazz band, and wind ensemble.   I love teaching band!!  It is truly my passion.  I love challenging students to perform at their highest level.  Each year provides a unique challenge, which makes teaching so much fun. 

I am married and have two children.  My husband Slade, is an optometrist and does a lot of travelling for the U.S. Army Reserves.  My son Zac is currently the French Horn Instructor at the Naval School of Music.  My daughter Zoe is a senior at UNO.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family and travelling.  I have been to England, Scotland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Mexico, the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Belize, and Honduras, as well as several states in the U.S.  (including Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
