Problem Settings

To build your first Problem Set be sure you have the BUILDER Tab selected and that you have selected Create a Problem Set.

Title your Problem Set. You may simply title it Practice or you may start your first student centered problem set. If creating a "real" problem set, think carefully about the naming convention so that it will be clear to you moving forward.

Expand the + sign next to Global Settings to determine the functionality of your ASSISTment.

ASSISTments is derived by assist and assessments. The main focus of ASSISTments is for tutorial purposes; thus, the recommendation is unlimited number of attempts.

While ASSISTments was originally developed for math, it may be utilized for any content area.

Select the question type from the choices found on the right.
