Click on the radical sign to bring up the equation editor.

Type in the equation.

Answer: 4 (add three other answer choices)

This is to prevent loss of work if there is connectivity issues, etc. You may continue to add questions to this Problem Set by selecting Problem Sets I've Built, select edit to the left of the problem set you would like to add questions to and then select Write New Problems Using the Builder. You do not need to add five more questions, simply select Save at the bottom of the page when you have added all additional problems.
