What does intervention look like?

Classroom teacher meets with the SLP to develop interventions for the classroom. SLP will model how activities are to be completed.
Interventions are done 1-3 times per week in the classroom for 15 minutes.
After 4 weeks of consistent interventions, the SLP and classroom teacher meet to review data. There are different datasheets for each sound. If the student is not making adequate progress, the student will be brought to data team. The team should move to Tier 3 and/or complete a consent to evaluate. If the student is progressing, the SLP will consult with the classroom teacher for an additional 2 weeks for gradual release.
