We use Zones of Regulation in our classrooms. We will practice many skills throughout the school year starting with "What is Regulation?" and learning each of the zones. It's ok to be in each of the zones, but we are safest and most productive in the green zone.
Feel free to practice these skills as home too. The more self regulated we are, the more successful we will be!
