School - SWIM
Students are tasked with reciting and performing our school's motto while at school.
Classroom - Dojo
Our classroom will utilize Class Dojo to motivate students to show great behavior and leadership. They will earn Dojo dollars that they can use at the Dojo store!
Classroom - BIST
The classroom teacher and other school staff will use BIST language, the BIST placement system, and BIST goals for life to correct behavior that is being disruptive to the learning environment or being hurtful.
Your child will have a Yellow Checklist in their accordion folder each night. Your child will get this checklist out, complete the items under each day, get it signed by a parent or guardian, and return it to school each school day. This checklist will help foster and strengthen student, parent, and teacher communication.
Students will complete a math homework sheet most days.
Students get 10 new spelling words Thursday, Friday, and Monday to practice. They also need to practice phonograms.
