All 5th graders are working on mastering our 1st quarter "Golden Goal!" Our golden goal is: We can find the product of two numbers using fact fluency and our knowledge of powers of ten (i.e. 20 x 1,000= 20,000) in 3 minutes or less with 100% accuracy. Please check in with your student on how their progress is going towards meeting our 5th grade goal!
ELA - We are in Unit 1- Personal Narratives. Students are reading personal narratives along with writing their own. We drafted two personal narratives: a time we were surprised and a food that we strongly dislike.
