A separate bus requests must be completed using the Bus Request Form for each child that attends school. You will need a unique code provided by your child's school in order to submit the form. It will then be reviewed by the MPSD Transportation Department for proximity to our schools, bus routes and bus stops. Please provide an email address that you can easily monitor incoming mail as the bus assignment will only be sent to this email address.
