A separate bus requests must be completed using the Bus Request Form for each child that attends school. This form is reviewed by the MPSD Transportation Department for proximity to our schools, bus routes and bus stops. Please provide an email address that you can easily monitor incoming mail as the bus assignment will only be sent to this email address.
