Who is Otto?

Otto Salamon was born in Sudetenland on July 23, 1934 and grew up during the Holocaust. Moving from country to country in the search for survival, Otto was able to escape with his family and come to America in 1949. After a career as a writer and producer he has written a book about his experiences and strives to teach the language of tolerance. This is his story.

Who Are We?

We are a class of high schoolers from Montclair, NJ. After hearing Otto's story through the Adopt a Survivor program we were inspired to make a website to help share it and further Holocaust education.
