George Segal Gallery

George Segal Gallery is an art museum located in Montclair State University. Our affiliation with the university allow Bradford students to have walking trips to the gallery to learn about current artists and exhibitions.

The George Segal Gallery proudly presents:

GEORGE SEGAL from the Permanent Collection of Montclair State University.

This exhibit features more than 20 works by American icon George Segal, all from Montclair State University's Permanent Collection. Mostly known for his figurative sculpture, this exhibit focuses more on Segal's two-dimensional work, including drawings, silkscreens, aquatints, and lithographs. Portraiture and figurative works are at the heart of this exhibition.

Our scheduled walking trips will start in the month of October until December. Students will learn about the current exhibit and then create a project that will relate to what they learned. Parents will get a notification on when the walking trips are.
