Eligibility requirements
A high school senior
From at least one of the following ethnicities: African-American, American Indian/Alaska Native*, Asian & Pacific Islander American, and/or Hispanic American
Pell-eligible
A US citizen, national, or permanent resident
In good academic standing with a minimum cumulative weighted GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
Additionally, a student must plan to enroll full-time, in a four-year degree program, at a US accredited, not-for-profit, private or public college or university.
*For American Indian/Alaska Native, proof of tribal enrollment will be required.

Current high school seniors, or the equivalent, who are citizens of the United States are eligible to apply.
Applicants do not need to be related to a member of the Elks.
High school graduates are not eligible to apply.
Applicants must be citizens of the United States on the date their applications are submitted; permanent legal resident status does not qualify.

National Honors Society
Eligibility
To be eligible, a student must be:
A high school senior and/or expecting to receive a high school diploma during the current academic year.
An active member in good standing of a National Honor Society chapter, meeting all membership requirements and obligations of the local chapter.
An NHS student account holder, verified by the NHS chapter adviser.
Planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. college or university.

Hagan Scholarship Foundation
Eligibility Requirements
1. Must attend a public, private, charter, magnet, or STEM high school located in the United States.
2. Must be fluent in the English language.
3. Must be in the high school graduating class.
4. Must have achieved a 3.50 Cumulative Grade Point Average.
5. Must enroll in an eligible four-year or higher College or University the first fall semester following high school graduation. The Hagan Scholarship cannot be used to attend a community college, junior college, or online institution.
6. Must maintain a four year or less graduation schedule in college, or complete the equivalent of a four year degree if in a professional program.
7. Must work 240 hours from January 1, 2025 until September 1, 2025. Work must be regularly scheduled employment performed under supervision for compensation. Employment can be full-time or part-time, or a combination of the two.
8. Applicant’s Adjusted Gross Household Income reported for 2023 Federal Income Tax Purposes must not have exceeded $100,000. “Household Income” is defined as the total income received by all members of a household living under the same roof.
9. Applicants selected as Finalists must provide the first two pages of their FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS) showing their Student Aid Index (SAI).
10. Must apply for Federal and State grants if eligible.
11. Must not have a felony conviction.

Al Forthan Scholarship
About the Scholarship
The purpose of the scholarship is threefold: to honor Al Forthan, to award higher education scholarships to students from families impacted by addiction and poverty, and to encourage students to explore how addiction has impacted our community and the solutions to this complex problem.

Who is Eligible?
For the 2025 contest, any child or grandchild (or step-child, step-grandchild, or legal ward) of a living Elk who joined the Order on or before April 1, 2022, or a charter member of a Lodge that was instituted on or after April 1, 2022, is eligible to apply. The Elk must also be a paid-up member through March 31, 2025. Great-grandchildren are not eligible.
The applicant must be a high school senior.
The applicant must apply online only. The 2025 Legacy Awards application deadline is February 3, 2025, 11:59 a.m. Pacific Time. NOTE: This is NOON, mid-day, Pacific time.
If the applicant's parent and grandparent are both Elk members, the applicant must apply through the parent's Elks Lodge.
We have waived the standardized test requirement for the 2025 Legacy contest. You do not need to submit ACT and/or SAT scores.
Students may apply for more than one ENF scholarship; however, they may win only one. In cases where the student wins more than one, we will award the scholarship with the greater value. Students can accept local and state scholarships, which are separate from the awards at the national level.
Legacy Awards may only be applied to accredited US American schools, colleges or universities. (Note: Applicants from Panama, Puerto Rico and the Philippines may apply Legacy Awards toward schools, colleges or universities in their respective homes.)

In addition to interactive musical presentations, OMHOF awards yearly scholarships to selected graduating Oregon high school seniors who have exhibited serious pursuit and accomplishment in their personal musicianship – and who are college-bound music majors. Recipients are publicly recognized at an award presentation where each performs onstage, demonstrating mastery of his/her instrument.
We strive to inspire the continuing of higher musical education by offering assistance with college expenses, so that musical students may aspire to the level of those that have musically made an impact before us and the immense variety they created.

Fall enrollment of application year, attending full time, on campus at a federally financial aid-eligible public or private (nonprofit) college, based in their home state of Oregon or California*

Zonta Young Women in Leadership Due 3/15/2025
Eligibility
Women, aged 16-19 on 1st April each year, living in a Zonta district or who are citizens of a Zonta country, who demonstrate evidence of the following, are eligible to apply.
Active commitment to volunteerism.
Experience in local government, student government, or workplace leadership (paid or unpaid).
Volunteer leadership achievements.
Knowledge of Zonta International and its programs.
Support in Zonta International's mission of building a better world for women and girls.
Applicants from geographic areas within a Zonta district where no clubs are located may apply via a Zonta e-club or directly to the district to be eligible for the international awards. Previous district and international Young Women in Public Affairs Award recipients are not eligible to apply for the Zonta Young Women in Leadership Award.
Club members and individuals with direct membership with Zonta International and employees of Zonta International and Zonta Foundation for Women are not eligible to apply for the Awards. Committee or jury members or any member involved in the selection process should follow the Zonta International Conflict of Interest Policy in the selection of awardees.
Z club and Golden Z club members are also eligible to apply. Previous district and international recipients are not eligible to apply to renew the Award for a second year.
Coos-Curry Electric Charitable Foundation (CCECF) is offering “LUCK OF THE DRAW” scholarships to graduating seniors who plan to continue their education beyond high school in an accredited vocational school, technical school, college, or university. Any graduating high school senior or home school student living within the following school districts: Brookings, Gold Beach, Port Orford, Bandon, Coquille, or Myrtle Point/Powers is eligible to apply. Coos-Curry Electric Cooperative employees/directors and their families are not eligible. Scholarship awards will be paid out upon entry into their first semester of higher education.
Eligibility and Application Requirements:
Applicant's parents) or legal guardian(s) must be a member of the Cooperative in good standing and currently receiving electric service.
Applicant must be a current graduating senior with a minimum cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 attending a high school in the Cooperative's service
Applicant must meet the academic and any other requirements for entrance into the accredited school of their choice.
Applicant applying for a scholarship to an accredited college, university, trade school, and junior or community college must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 semester credit hours or their equivalent per semester.
Applicant must complete the Cooperative's scholarship application form.
Applicant must provide a high school transcript.
Applicant must provide a 500-word essay on the current topic for each year.
Applicant must provide two (2) letters of recommendation.
Employees of CCEC and their dependents are not eligible to apply.

Who: Graduating high school seniors from Coos, Curry, Crook, Douglas (Coastal), Gilliam, Harney, Klamath, Lake, Morrow, Sherman, Umatilla, and Wasco counties
Essay Requirement: 800-1200 word essay about how changes in climate are affecting their communities, including ranching and farming.
Scholarship Awards: $2500 each (four total) and honorable mentions awarded at the discretion of the review committee

You must be the spouse or dependent child of a military service member or first responder who has fallen or been disabled.
Minimum SAT/ACT and GPA: 2.0 or higher term GPA for the two most recent academic terms (Fall and Spring, not Summer).

Oregon Small Schools Association Student Scholarship $1000 scholarship for students who attend an Oregon small school district (OSAA 1-A, 2-A, 3-A) with 2.5 GPA or Higher
Allegra Ford Thomas Scholarship is a $5,000 scholarship awarded over two years ($2,500 each year) to a graduating high school senior who will enroll in a two-year community college, a vocational or technical training program, or a specialized program for students with disabilities in the fall.
Students must have a documented learning disability (LD). Students who have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and a LD, are encouraged to apply.
Oregon Pacific Bank Due 4/4/2025
Five scholarships are awarded annually. Applicant must be in the current year graduating class in the following schools or geographic areas:
Siuslaw / Mapleton & surrounding areas (ex. Swisshome & Deadwood) • Douglas County • Coos County • Jackson County • Eugene/Springfield • Tigard / Tualatin
Applicant does NOT need to be a Bank customer
Applicant must demonstrate intent to pursue either an academic or vocational career at an accredited college, university, or vocational institution.
Primary consideration in selecting the candidate will focus on leadership in community service or extra‐curricular activities while maintaining credible academic achievement.
Applicant must present information on their financial need by submitting pertinent information (usually a FAFSA but other similar documentation is acceptable) to the scholarship committee.
Applicant must provide a current Grade Transcript from their current school. (Applicants can provide SAT/ACT scores if they have them, but this is optional.)
Oregon Jaycee Foundation Due 4/18/2025
GPA REQUIREMENT:
Applicants must have at least a 3.75 unweighted GPA to qualify.
