Crime Unit Final Project: Students were asked to write an argumentative speech to persuade the prison board to either release Tracy from prison early or have her finish the rest of the sentence. Before writing their essay, students had to create documents that discussed Tracy's crime in detail or allowed the audience to see a little bit more of who she is as a person through a letter.
The Hunger Games Interactive Notebook: Students had to fill out an interactive notebook while reading The Hunger Games. The notebook was prompted with a variety of different challenges that related to the text.
