We collaborate with AZ public school districts, charters, and private schools to share standards and expectations for student data privacy. The Alliance supports schools by offering an array of services to manage privacy agreements with national and international vendors.
Members have access to national and custom agreement templates with common legal terms for all parties. Custom contract builder and automation tools for emailing vendors as well as dedicated links for school community access and agreement transparency.
Membership includes a dedicated district account page for the organization of all vendor agreements. Depending upon the membership type, complete management of the site and privacy agreements can be included. Phone and email support and two hour training sessions comes standard with any membership.
