Discipline Policy

In order to have a safe environment, children must be respectful of the rights, property, and well-being of others. Our goal is to promote the success of our students.

Inappropriate behavior will be handled as follows:

First Offense: Documented warning on write-up form, time out, and site supervisor will speak to parent/guardian. A copy of the warning will be mailed or emailed after office review.

Second Offense: Write up of the incident, time out, and the site supervisor will speak to the parent/guardian as well as the district coordinator. A copy of the write-up will be mailed or emailed after office review.

Third Offense: Write up of the incident, time out, and site supervisor will speak to the parent/guardian as well as the district coordinator. Student could be suspended from the SACC Program for 3-5 days. A copy of the write-up will be mailed or emailed after office review.

Fourth Offense: Write up of the incident, time out, and the site supervisor will speak to the parent/guardian as well as the district coordinator. This could result in expulsion from the SACC program. A copy of the write-up will be mailed or emailed after office review.

Now that we have the ProCare Software. Write-ups will be sent to you using the app.

The severity of behavior may result in suspension and/or termination, even if it is the first or second offense.

We are a NO BULLYING Program.

Our policy for Harassment/Intimidating/Bullying is the same as the school districts.
