Collaboration in the classroom:

As the accountability interventionist, I collaborate with classroom teachers to design purposeful, standards-aligned instruction. Following the planning process, I support teachers in the classroom by assisting with the delivery of these lessons. I ensure that students are actively engaged in learning through the use of hands-on activities and manipulatives to deepen their understanding of key concepts.
