My name is Alyssa Maimone and I am thrilled to be your child's teacher this year! This will be my ninth year teaching in Midland Park. This school year will be an exciting new adventure for your child at Highland School. I look forward to watching our third-graders learn and grow during our time together. I grew up in Fair Lawn and attended Montclair State University.
I am getting married at the end of October! This school year will be very special, as your children will be calling me by a new last name in just a few months. If you see anything with the name Mrs. Gerbino on it, that will be me!
I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, Louis, my family and friends, and our dog, Benny!
I love reading, crafting, exercising, going to sporting events, and spending part of each summer in Point Pleasant.
