Hello, I am JoAnn Gonzalez, school social worker at Transition Plus.

I have worked at TPlus for 9 years and with the Minneapolis Public Schools for 18 years. I have two sons that are Minneapolis School graduates.

I enjoy working in a school environment and support both Minneapolis Schools and the Minneapolis community.
