H5 and Kindergarten Stages of Development
After our learning and exploration of the day's topic, we draw and write! Students are at differing places in their writing (stages 1-6), but I always want the children to draw, talk about and label / write; and that starts with single letters, tracing and inventive spelling. This writing development tool is designed for families and students to use, following the steps based on what stage of writing development they are in. There are also teaching tips for supporting a writer at each stage.
