Kirsten ma

Introduction

My name is Kirsten Ma. I am a Special Education Resource Teacher (SERT) at Southwest High School in Minneapolis, MN. I have many years of experience working with students in special education in Minneapolis.

Before coming to Southwest High School, I taught English to Speakers of Other Languages teacher in schools in Asia. Because I love to travel, I speak Mandarin Chinese fluently, as well as some Spanish and French.

This year I co-teach 9th grade Math with Ms. Soli 2nd hour, and I teach High School Foundations 3rd hour. In the afternoon, I do testing. I love to help students in Special Education reach their goals. Welcome to my class!
