About me

Hello! My name is Kevin Kane and I'm an E1 teacher, entering my third year at Seward. I grew up in Minneapolis Public Schools and after getting my degree in elementary education from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, came back home to teach. In addition to teaching, I love playing music. I passably play 5 instruments and I play guitar for our class as often as I can. Though I grew up in Minneapolis, I was born in Detroit, Michigan and have unfortunately held onto my allegiance to Detroit sports teams.
