We hope to count on your support and advocacy in spreading the word to youth about the exciting opportunity to participate in Step Up.

Every MPS High School has a different training schedule.
WORK READINESS TRAINING IS REQUIRED to be eligible for a paid Step Up opportunity this summer. If you have a conflict during your assigned training weeks that will prevent you from completing the assignments, please contact us before the start date and request a different training period.
Tips for successfully Completing Work Readiness Training
Login to the training class on or before your start date to make sure you don’t have any technical issues that could prevent you from successfully completing this required training.
Schedule some dedicated work time into your calendar. The entire course will take you between 8 and 12 hours to complete. If you start the day before the deadline, you likely won’t be able to finish.
Contact trainers with concerns or questions. They are there to help you navigate the virtual learning experience. You will receive their contact information from stepup@ppl-inc.org.
