The MN Dream Act is a state law that provides benefits to Minnesota residents regardless of federal immigration status. Eligible non-US citizens are able to apply for and receive state financial aid.

Make sure to file your 2024-2025 MN Dream Act application to receive state and institutional financial aid. To file a MN Dream Act application, students and parents are required to report their 2022 income and tax information.
