Hello!

I am excited to start a new year with everyone! It is always such a joy to meet new friends and learn new things every year from my students! I love teaching and having fun with my students. I hope you enjoy laughing (sometimes at me) and getting up and moving when you learn, because I do. Together we can make a great year happen!

I have taught at Field for six years and love this community. I live in Minneapolis, just 2 miles away and adore teaching in my community. I believe that every student can learn and grow at a high level, as long as we ensure their needs are met and we are working together as a team--family, student, special education teacher , general education teachers, and school district. I enjoy advocating for my students and working with families to make sure students are getting what they need at school to be successful.

When I am not at school having a good time with my school friends, I like to spend time with my family, making things, building things, being silly, going on adventures, engaging in shenanigans, being mischievous, partaking in tomfoolery, unleashing hijinks, and generally having a fabulous time with my family, my giant lazy dog, and my tiny sassy bunny.
