What is Adapted Athletics?
Adapted Athletics is an invaluable experience both socially and athletically. We are a varsity athletic team that competes for State Championships, and is sanctioned under the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL). The team is made up of student from 7th to 12th grade.
Our team competes in 3 sports. Soccer in the fall, Floor Hockey in the winter, and Softball in the spring. All sports are played inside on gym surfaces. The rules for each sport are adapted to accommodate our athletes.

Team Philosophy
The philosophy of the Adapted Athletics Teams is to provide a safe and fun experience for students with special needs to participate in competitive athletics. To provide coaching, learning, and skill development through contact with supportive adults and peers. To enhance the student’s social experiences with practices, games, sportsmanship, and friendships that are experienced in a team environment.
