Ms. Becker

Hi, I am Kim Becker Masafu, Lyndale Community School's Media Teacher. I love working in the city of Minneapolis. I have worked for Minneapolis Public Schools since 2002. I started teaching Media at Lyndale in the Fall of 2007.

My grandfather always told me to do what I love, and since I love children, books, and computers, teaching Media was a perfect choice for me.

In May of 2006 I earned my Bachelor of Science in K-8 Education at Bemidji State University. I have a Minnesota teaching license for grades K-8, with a specialty in Language Arts. In the 2010 I completed my licensure for Educational Media at The College of St Scholastica. In 2014 I completed my Masters in Education at The College of St Scholastica.
