Lars Lindqvist

 Welcome Polars! My name is Lars Lindqvist. This will be my 10th year at North High School, my 9th year teaching 10th grade English, and North is the only school I have ever taught at. I have always had a passion for education growing up as the son of a teacher, and I've always loved reading, writing, and arguing especially. 

 I pursued my dream of teaching  by getting my Bachlor's Degree in English Secondary Education at the University of Wisconsin, Madison (Go Badgers!). I came to North in 2015, fell in love with the school, its community, and most of all its scholars.  It has been my dream and my great fortune to be able to teach here every day!

Outside of school I enjoy reading (obviously), watching soccer and baseball (Go Chelsea/Twins), being with wife Phoebe (another teacher in MPS) and my son Maxwell, traveling, and bragging about being a Polar.
