Dear students and families,

Thank you all so much for taking time to say hello and pick up your materials on Wednesday night. It was wonderful to meet you, and it certainly helped with my first-day jitters (yes, teachers get those too). At this point, students should have an invitation to join our Google Classroom (Keil 2020-2021). They will need to accept the invitation to be able to enter the classroom. I would encourage you to do that this weekend so I can help anyone who has not joined on Monday. That way we will all be ready to enjoy our first day together on Tuesday. If you need help, here is a YouTube video with instructions on how to join a Google Classroom.

On Tuesday, September 8 at 8:00 (I know those of you in Minneapolis Kids will be joining a little later), students will join the Google Meet through our Google Classroom. This YouTube video will show you how to join the Google Meet. If you have any trouble, you can contact me at the phone number at the top of this page.

I know that you are all busy, and I deeply appreciate your support and patience and we have navigated many new situations. Please take a little time to help me get to know you and your student by filling out this form. I look forward to seeing you all soon!

Queridos estudiantes y familias:

Gracias a todos por tomar el tiempo el miércoles para saludarme y recoger sus materiales. Fue excelente conocerles, y me ayudó a calmarme los nervios acerca del primer día (sí, los maestros también tienen nervios). En este momento, los estudiantes deben de haber recibido una invitación para juntarse a nuestro salón de Google (Keil 2020-2021). Tendrán que aceptar la invitación para poder entrar al salón virtual. Les pido que lo hagan este fin de semana para que el lunes yo pueda ayudar a los que no han podido entrar. Así nos permite disfrutar nuestro primer día juntos el martes. Si necesitan ayuda, aquí hay un video de YouTube con instrucciones para aceptar una invitación a Google Classroom.

El martes, 8 de septiembre a las 8:00 (sé que algunos alumnos de Minneapolis Kids se unirán más tarde), los alumnos se juntarán al Google Meet por Google Classroom. Este video les muestra como juntarse al Google Meet. Si tienen problemas o preguntas pueden comunicarse conmigo por medio del número de teléfono arriba.
