About me:

This is my fourth year teaching. Before coming to South, I spent two years teaching at IES Hässelby Strand, an English-immersion school in Stockholm, Sweden. Prior to that, I was a middle-school math teacher at Anishinabe Academy in south Minneapolis.

Outside of school I spend all of my time with my family. My wife and I are both graduates of South High ourselves, and my two oldest children attend Bancroft Elementary School. We like to spend a lot of time playing at Powderhorn Park, watching Marvel movies, and playing video games (on the Nintendo Switch).
