About Hi5
Hi5 is a Monday- Friday FULL day program.
Our hours are from 9:00 am -3:35 pm.
We have 2 teachers in the classroom at all time. (Teacher to student ratio is 2:20.)
We have different themes throughout the year so your child will experience many fun literacy enriched themes.

Ms. Meela
My name is Ms. Meela and I am the Hi5 teacher here at Waite Park. I have been teaching in the MPLS district for 11 years (all Hi5). This will be my 4th year here at Waite Park. I graduated from Concordia University with an Early Childhood License.
I absolutely love working with Hi5! I love the students' excitement about learning and experiencing school for the first time. I look forward to meeting and getting to know everyone!
Ms. Joanne
Ms. Joanne has been working at Waite Park School as an associate educator for the last six years. She describes herself as a helper in the classroom. Ms. Joanne uses her many talents to help High Five students navigate their big feelings and learn new skills as they prepare for kindergarten. She thoroughly enjoys being part of the Waite Park Community, coming every day and delighting in seeing the students, families, and staff.
