Hi everyone! My name is Anna Bertrang and I am one of the third grade teachers here at Green! The 2020-2021 school year will be my 7th year at Green, and I am so grateful to spend another year as part of the Green Central community.
Although this school year is going to start off a little different with distance learning and we won't be able to be together, it is my goal to create a safe, welcoming, and academically rigorous virtual community for my students and their families!

¡Hola! Mi nombre es Margaret Dunne y soy la maestra bilingüe de tercer grado. A veces los estudiantes me llaman Ms. Dona. Nací aquí en Minneapolis, pero también he vivido en Argentina y Nicaragua. Me gradué con mi maestría de la Universidad de Minnesota, y es mi tercer año de enseñar tercer grado en Green, así que sé que será un año especial. Me encanta estar con mi familia, leer y montar en bicicleta.
Estoy muy emocionado de conocer a todos ustedes. Aunque este año va a empezar diferente, ¡sé que lo pasaremos muy bien aprendiendo juntos!

Hello! My name is Rachel Kaster. I am the English as a Second Language teacher for third grade here at Green Central. This is my third year at Green and I'm so excited to be part of your year. I truly love working with students and families. I know we will do awesome work together in third grade whether we are learning on the computer together or return to learning in the classroom.
