How do students access your services: In an emergency, come to the main office at any time for healthcare services. In a non-emergency, request a pass from your teacher and stop down.

Services provided to students: Medical-physicals, immunizations, treatment of minor illness and injury, pregnancy test, sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment, family planning exams, and prescriptions. Health Education-induvial sessions on health relationships, consent, birth control and more. Nutrition-counseling for sports nutrition, special diets for weight gain/loss, vegetarian diets, and other special dietary needs.
Services provided to families: Group presentations and health outreach available for student, parent, and community groups on a variety of topics. School-based clinic professionals work collaboratively with families/caregivers in adolescents health holistically.
How do students access your services: Students can access services by walking into clinic to schedule an appointment and or call 612-668-1064 to schedule an appointment. There are some walk-in appointment available.

Services provided to students: Support, education, and/or referrals for students in private/confidential 1:1 meetings. Students can meet about various topics related to reproductive health, sexual health, and/or relationship health and wellbeing. Example topics: birth control, STI prevention, consent, healthy, unhealthy, or abusive relationships, decision making and communication skills, LGBTQIA+ topics (gender, sexuality, identity, etc.), dating/crushes, and more. Students can also access free safer sex supplies like condoms, dental dams, and lubrication.
Services provided to families: The Annex Teen Clinic offers various parent education workshops through out the year. How do students access your services: To pick up safer sex supplies students can drop by anytime and do not need an appointment. For a 1:1 meeting, come by my room (226), text me ( (612) 470-8540), or email me abby@annexteenclinic.org.
