ABOUT ME
Hello All!
My name is Eric Wiltbank and I go by Mr. W. while at school.
I was born in Arizona but grew up in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota and lived there until I moved to Minneapolis when I was 19. I lived in Minneapolis until I was 23 and then spent a number of years living in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Honolulu.
I've been back in Minnesota for the last 7 years and live downtown with my wife, Jessica, and our annoying, but cute, cat Bebe.
In my free-time I like to listen to music, read comic books and sci-fi/fantasy novels, play video games, cook, bird-watch, go bowling, watch movies, and spend time with my friends.
I decided to become a teacher because it's practically in my blood. From my dad, mom, three grandmas, two grandpas, and plenty of aunts and uncles - my family is full of teachers. After my first career in writing and editing, I decided to pursue education after spending a year as a paraprofessional when I needed a job after moving back to Minnesota from Hawaii. I instantly fell in love with it and working in education has been one of the major highlights of my life.
