Thank you for even considering being a parent chaperone!! Parents are welcome to come for all 3 days or even just part of the trip!
All chaperone's need to have a Background Check on file with MPS. Additionally, a few other forms need completed as well as the Eagle Bluff Waiver.
Chaperone’s For Eagle Bluff need to have:
1. Completed an online volunteer application -https://www.mpschools.org/community/volunteer
2. Reviewed the online orientation and agreed to the enclosed MPS Volunteer Expectations form. https://www.mpschools.org/community/volunteer
3. Completed a background check within the last 2 years. https://www.mpschools.org/community/volunteer (this is a multi-step process – you’ll complete a form then get an email with a link to complete the background check within 48 hours of getting the link)
4. Signed and returned the Volunteer Chaperone Agreement Form
5. Completed the online Eagle Bluff Waiver form https://bit.ly/BMEBWaiver2026
6. Notified Nick Cross if you have a special diet (vegetarian, lactose-free, gluten-free, etc.) or need other reasonable accommodations to participate.
7. Read the expectations documents from both MPS and Eagle Bluff.
All forms need to be returned to Nick Cross ASAP.
