Back 2 School Pick Up Event

The Back to School Pick Up Event will take place this Wednesday, September 2 from 3:30-7:00. Due to capacity constraints, we are asking for families to come ANYTIME during your assigned time. The schedule is as follows:
Assigned time for families by LAST NAME
3:30 - 4:30 - A to G
4:45 - 5:45 - H to N
6:00 - 7:00 - O to Z
*15 minute transition time between sections
If there is rain that day, the event will be postponed until the following day (Thursday, September 3.) This information will be sent out via robocall, email, and through our website if necessary.
The event will take place at the Armatage Park parking lot located on Russell Ave. and W 57th St. The entrance to the event will be on the SOUTHSIDE of the parking lot. Look for signs to help guide you through the flow.
Vehicles will enter the parking lot and a staff member will ask you for the following information:
Names and grades of students attending Armatage
Distance learning technology needs (as indicated on the distance learning technology survey)
Grade level specific materials and technology will be provided to the families while still IN THEIR VEHICLES. Families will continue through the parking lot and exit from the NORTHSIDE of the parking lot.
The materials that will be distributed are:
Technology (iPads-Kinder through 2nd), Chromebooks (Third through Fifth)
Grade level specific learning materials (Math workbook, Reading workbook, Teacher specific materials)
Registration Forms (Not applicable to all)
Any other supplies as they arrive
MPS will be providing additional supplies to all students as they arrive. We will disseminate them over multiple distribution days in the upcoming weeks and months as materials become available. Look on the Distance Learning Family Page for more information as it becomes available.
