Next week is Spring Break! We are setting up kits of materials to go home on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday so kids are ready for at home learning in April.

Welcome 2nd graders! I'm so excited to be starting my 8th year at Anishinabe Academy, with the exciting new challenges of Distance Learning. I live in Saint Paul with my husband (David), daughter (Maya), and dog (Belle). We enjoy making art, watching movies, playing outside, and running after a ball! (That one is really just the dog.)

Mr. McMillan
Aaniin 2nd graders, Mr. McMillan Ndishnikaaz! I cannot wait to see everyone again and meet anyone new to Anishinabe Academy this year! This will be my 3rd year teaching at Anishinabe Academy and my first year as a parent. My wife and I just had a little baby girl named Rowan this summer and I can't wait for her to meet all of you. I live in North Minneapolis with my wife (Anna), daughter (Rowan), two cats (Puddles & Pocket), and dog (Zooey). I love playing boardgames, going mountain biking, playing video games, reading, and clowning around with my daughter.
