Course Description
Weight Training & Conditioning is designed to meet the needs of the beginner as well as the experienced fitness enthusiast, the athlete, and the non-athlete. Students will work on strength development and personal fitness through the use of evidence-based strength training principles and conditioning activities. Test and measurement of fitness, strength, and conditioning will be part of this course for evaluation.
