Hosted at the prestigious Sam Parker Field, located at 2110 N Edwards Ave, Mount Pleasant, TX, this event promises to be an exceptional opportunity for your band to showcase their talent and prepare for the UIL Region 4 Marching Contests.

Event Details:

Date & Location: Saturday, October 10, 2026 - Sam Parker Field, 2110 N Edwards Avenue, Mount Pleasant, TX 

Entry Fee: $400.00 per band 

Spectator fee: 

Ages 5 and up - $10 each

Ages 4 and below - FREE

Our Contest Features:

• Warm-Up Event: An excellent preparatory experience for the UIL Region 4 Marching Contests. 

• Written and Recorded Comments: Detailed feedback and ratings from all judges to aid in your band’s growth. 

• Caption Judging & Finals Competition: A comprehensive judging format with a chance to compete in the finals. 

• Performance for Comments Only Option: If preferred, your band can perform solely for feedback without competitive evaluation. 

• Awards Ceremony: Celebrating achievements with awards presented at the conclusion of both preliminary and finals performances.

• 1st Division Ratings in All Categories 

• Most Outstanding Band 

• Outstanding Color Guard 

• Outstanding Percussion 

• Finalist Recognition

Band House out of Texarkana will be on site providing emergency repairs. They will also have spare instruments and last minute supplies such as valve oil, cork grease, reeds, and drum sticks.
