Referral Process

To make a referral to MPH Training your first point of contact is Jillian Fairclough, Manager.

After the initial enquiry, if we believe that the young person may be suitably placed at MPH there is a process that must be followed.

You will be sent a Referral Form to complete. It is vital that this form be completed as comprehensively as possible to ensure that we can meet the needs of the young person and they can be accommodated within an appropriate peer group.

Finally, if the referral is positive, a meeting will be arranged. Invitations to this meeting will be available for the home school representative, parents/carers and the young person.

Once this meeting has taken place, with the agreement of the Managing Director, a start date can be finalised.
